Should you have any questions about our covid-19 measures, or questions about the current covid-19 situation in Cape Town then don't hesitate to contact us at stay@vineyardsonvictoria.com
We strongly advise that you wear a face mask (surgical or cloth) whenever you are in close contact with our staff. We are also making sure that our staff wears face mask when in close contact or inside your premise for cleaning. Should you leave our property - we advise you to follow local laws and to wear a mask whenever you are entering shops, meeting people or going to restaurants.
Please make sure to always keep a safe distance to other people and our staff off at least 1.5m or 6ft.
Our cleaning guideline has always been very stringent and we are taking extra steps to guarantee a safe and enjoyable stay for you. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Kitchenware and surfaces are always entirely cleaned and sanitized after a guest checks-out.
We may stop selling alcohol if the current laws forbid to do so. This can be the case if we enter a stricter lockdown level in South Africa.
We ask you to sanitize your hands whenever possible. A good practice - which is employed at most public spaces is to sanitize your hands before entering a premise and when leaving.
In an effort to contain the virus - South Africa has launched a simple app that can notify you if you have spend a considerable amount of time with a person that has tested positive. We recommend that you use the app during your stay.
