We are producing a small batch Sauvignon-Blanc made from just 2000 vines every year with the help of our winemaker friends Peter and Cathy from Hout Bay
Vineyards.
When our private wine sales are out of stock, we provide Hout Bay vineyard wines in our cellar. Purchases work on an honesty system and you can pay upon check-out!
Our Solar Backup During Load-shedding
The city of Cape Town is subject to planned power cuts - called load-shedding. Load-shedding usually happens during peak summer time (February and March). Vineyards on Victoria has now got solar supply and so electricity outages will not affect our guests.
Water supply
We are not reliant on public water and we source all of the water locally on our property. Our water is filtered and sterilised and can be enjoyed right from the tap. Bottled water is placed in the fridge for all guests upon arrival.
